Okanagan Falls Commercial Development Permit Area
The Regional District has implemented an Okanagan Falls Commercial Development Permit Area in Electoral Area “D” (Okanagan Falls / Eastside Road) in order to establish objectives for the “form and character” of new commercial development.
The Okanagan Falls Commercial Development Permit Area applies to commercially designated lands outside of the Town Centre area that are generally adjacent to Highway 97.
The DP process requires an application fee, completed application form and the submission of materials (i.e. site plan and elevations) in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Electoral Area “D” Official Community Plan (OCP) Bylaw.
To complete an application, please fill out the Development Permit Application Form.
