Business Licence Regulation Bylaw Amendment
Home Occupations in the Greater West Bench
Background
The Regional District is proposing to amend the Business Licence Regulations Bylaw No. 3100 in order to introduce licencing requirements for "home occupation" uses within the Greater West Bench Area of Electoral Area "F", as shown below.

Engagement Opportunities
Under Section 59(2) of the Community Charter, the Regional District must do the following before adopting a new business licence regulation bylaw:
- give notice of its intention to adopt a new bylaw; and
- provide an opportunity for persons who consider they are affected by the bylaw to make representations to the Board.
The Regional District encourages feedback on the proposed bylaw amendment. Feedback can be submitted electronically to planning@rdos.bc.ca.
