• "Sufficient support" (i.e., of all the owners within the proposed service area boundary extension area, at least 50% of the owners with an aggregate assessed property value of more than 50%, have signed the petition) must be achieved by March 31, 2023 or the petition will be closed and will not proceed

This amount varies based on the assessed net value of your land and improvements and BC Assessment's classification of your property (e.g., Residential, Farm, etc.); as such, the tax would vary from property to property.
