Heritage Hills - Vintage Views Wastewater and Lakeshore Waterworks acquisition was transitioned from the current owner to the RDOS on September 29, 2025.

The Regional District worked with the previous owner to develop a transition plan, which included transferring permits, licences, and documentation.
