Zoning & OCP amendment(s) are being sought in order to facilitate the conversion of an existing commercial structure to a single detached dwelling, as well as accessory agricultural uses. Amendment Bylaw No. 3010, 2024, proposes to amend Schedule ‘B’ (OCP Map) of the Electoral Area “E” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 3010, 2023, by changing the land use designation of the property from Commercial (C) to Agricultural (AG). Amendment Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, by changing the land use designation of the property from General Commercial (C1) to Agriculture One (AG1).
