The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) recently launched a home energy retrofit survey at the Penticton Home and Reno Show. Homeowners are invited to complete the survey before it closes on Friday, June 7, 2024. RDOS Sustainability Services is looking for input on home energy retrofits to identify how best to support homeowners with their home energy retrofits. The survey will also help identify information gaps.

Online survey feedback will provide important insights that will help guide the design of a home retrofit service at the RDOS, one that will support residents and property owners as they improve their home’s energy efficiency. The survey includes questions about homeowner needs and barriers related to home energy efficiency upgrades. While some rebates are already in place, by identifying more financial options or other support for homeowners, the RDOS can help make these upgrades more accessible.

The survey takes approximately ten (10) minutes to complete and is open until Friday, June 7, 2024.
