Washrooms vandalized at Kenyon Park in Electoral Area “D”

Washroom facilities at Kenyon Park in Electoral Area “D” are closed until further notice due to vandalism. Sometime on Monday, October 9, 2023, the washrooms were targeted, resulting in damage to a door latch, dispensers, and stall doors. Racist graffiti was discovered on a stall divider in the women’s washroom. 

The washrooms at Kenyon Park will remain closed to the public while repairs are completed. Park users can access the washrooms at nearby Christie Memorial Park

A resident in the area reported seeing three young people (two males and one woman) committing the vandalism.
