RDOS Online Payment Service survey

News Article

The results of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) Online Payment Service survey were presented during the July 21, 2022, Corporate Services Committee meeting. The anonymous online survey focused on identifying issues or concerns with the online payment service. The survey was conducted between September 1 and October 15, 2021.

“The majority of respondents indicated they are happy with the online payment service, which will not be changing,” says RDOS Manager of Finance Jim Zaffino. “But there is always room for improvement, and the survey feedback will help staff continue to provide a high level of service.”

  • 45 out of 65 respondents (69.2%) indicated they have used the RDOS online payment service
  • 40 out of 44 respondents (90.9%) indicated they have not had issues or problems using the online payment service
  • 10 out of 11 respondents (90.9%) found the online payment service easy to navigate
  • 25 respondents requested changes to the online payment system such as expanded payment options

Electronic banking is available at most financial institutions and allows you to add the Regional District as a payee. The Regional District does not charge a service fee to use online banking. Please note, Internet Explorer is not compatible with the online payment service. Please use a different Internet browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
